"Pastured Lamb" means just that, we raise our sheep on pastures. Our pasture management system includes moving our flocks every few days to fresh grass, so sheep grazing
the grass receives a thorough and intensive grazing. This also helps naturally with parasite/pest control. Besides pasture, our sheep receive a supplemental dose of hay and feed, which contains no hormones or antibiotics, to maintain the quality of their wool.

Our sheep came from stock that produced wool labeled  "Virginia's Finest." Our flocks are a mix of Ramboliet,  Merino, Finn, Lincoln, and Coriadell breeds. The results are a  large sheep with long, fine wool - ideal for spinning and  knitting. It is naturally colored in shades of brown, gray heather, and black.
