Dad loves his bees. God blessed us with 5 bee hives last June, and they have been producing "liquid gold" ever since. All the boys beg to go out in the one extra bee suit with dad to help work on the bee hives! Dad and Dan at the beehives
The benefits of really Raw Honey are countless. Most know that eating local honey (within 30 miles of your home) helps significantly with environmental allergies. The high enzyme content in raw honey (Amalayze) helps with digesting starchy foods and has a strong detoxifying effect.
"Bee pollen has been popularized by famous athletes who take it regularly for strength and endurance... A Russian study of the inhabitants of the province of Georgia, where many live to 100 years and a few to the age 150, revealed that a large portion of these centenarians were beekeepers who often ate raw, unprocessed honey with all it's "impurities", that is, the pollen." (taken from "Nourishing Traditions" By Sally Fallon)

bees  Our honey combs are processed without ever  being heated, and our bees are never fed any antibiotics or hormones. The honey bees pollinate the fields withing 3 miles of us. Contact us to see if there is specific variety of honey available!
